Sterling silver & Pink Garnet
Engraved in a typography borrowed from medieval illuminated manuscripts the ring bears the Latin sentence "Omnia Vincit Amor" which can be translated as "Love conquers all". It comes from a verse from the Latin poet Ovid. Later reused by Virgil it finally became a classical theme of baroque painting, made especially famous by Caravaggio.
